Tradewaste Projects

We regularly work with large scale producers across a range of projects, including:

Characterisation of wastewater discharge including, food processing, metal fabrication, car washes, hospitals, retirement villages, supermarkets and municipalities.

Long-term monitoring with continuous flow measurement.

Characterisation of wastewater using hourly samples to identify variation in organic load to a treatment plant across saleyards, meatworks, dairy factories and chemical plants.

Online Monitoring/automation process and compliance.

We work with a range of companies from concrete, pet food and global food producers to accurately monitor and measure their wastewater.

We have implemented automation and telemetry across numerous production plants to monitor water levels, pH and water quality ensuring storm water and wastewater is pretreated accurately. pH dosing is managed by automation to maintain pH within suitable discharge limits.

These large scale operations need to ensure their automatic collection of stormwater runoff and wastewater pretreatment processes are at an acceptable standard to meet resource consent requirements and safe water obligations.

We’ve implemented automation and telemetry across numerous sites in New Zealand, including Firth Concrete, Profile Foods, King Country Pet Foods and Virbac.

We work with clients across the public and private sector, from engineering consulting firms and new operations, to local councils.

We don’t do same, same solutions. Our work is based on data and tailored to your goals.
